How to use user, department, and group options in class column

In the "Class Column" advanced settings, set [[Users]], [[Depts]], and [[Groups]] in the "Option List".

This explains how to display "User", "Department", and "Group" in a drop-down list in the "Class Column".

Formula To Be Written In The Option List¶

All Departments¶

[[Depts]]
Displays the "Department" registered in the entire tenant.

User¶

[[Users]]
Displays the "User" who have access rights to the table.

All Users¶

[[Users*]]
Displays the "User" registered in the entire tenant.

Group¶

[[Groups]]
Displays the "Group" set as access rights to the table.

All Groups¶

[[Groups*]]
Displays the "Group" registered in the entire tenant.

Formula To Be Written In The Default Value¶

[[Self]]
When [[Depts]] or [[Users]] is specified in the option list, the default value is automatically set from the logged-in user information.
