What is the character limit for Columns?

Characters are handled in UNICODE.

Character Length Limit

All characters are counted as one character, regardless of case.

  • The "Classification" column can be up to 1024 characters.
  • The "Description" column is virtually unlimited.
    (The default HTTP request limit is 500MByte, so you cannot enter any more than this. However, the HTTP request limit is also a huge amount in terms of the number of characters entered, so it can be considered virtually unlimited.)

Character Type Limit

  • There is no limit on the type of characters that can be entered in the "Classification" and "Description" columns.
