There is no function to copy access rights for a specific user when creating a new user. By making the user belong to an "Department" or "Group", you can reduce the work of granting access rights on a per-user basis.

Unfortunately, there is no function to copy access rights for a specific user when creating a new user. As an alternative, you can set access rights for "Department" and "Group" in the "Access Control" of each site in advance, and then make the newly created user belong to an "Department" or "Group", thereby reducing the work of granting access rights on a per-user basis.
