Supplementary Notes¶
Storage Option¶
- The storage option is available on all plans.
- Storage is consumed when attaching images or binary files to records, or pasting images into fields.
- Pleasanter.net sets a maximum storage usage per plan.
- Using storage beyond the maximum requires contracting the option.
- Additional contracted storage cannot be reduced afterward.
Report Output Option¶
- The report output option is available on the Standard plan and above.
- It uses an external solution called ReportCreate for Pleasanter.
- ReportCreate for Pleasanter allows information registered in Pleasanter to be output as PDF, Excel, and other formats.
IP Address Restriction, Server Script, and Information Disclosure Options¶
- The IP address restriction, server script, and information disclosure options are available only on the Standard plan.
- On Private Cloud and Private Cloud Enterprise, these are available as standard features.
- For details on each option, refer to "Security.json", "Developer's Guide: Server Script", and "Manage Table: Information Disclosure Function".
Custom Domain Option¶
- The custom domain option is available on Private Cloud and Private Cloud Enterprise.
Incident Count¶
- On the Free, Light, and Standard plans, the Annual Support Service is available.
