I want to know the operating environment and recommended specifications for Pleasanter

Operating Environment

This is the environment in which we have confirmed operation.

Limitations

  1. We recommend using the latest OS and browsers.
    Some older devices or OS versions may not operate properly.
  2. From ver. 1.3.44 onwards, it does not work with IE and Edge's IE compatibility mode.
  3. From ver. 1.4.0.0 onwards, CentOS 7 does not work as .NET 8 is no longer supported.
  4. MySQL can be used from ver. 1.4.9.0 onwards. Pleasanter versions prior to ver. 1.4.9.0 do not support MySQL.

Performance

The recommended specifications above are reference values that assume general use. They are not system limits.

Performance is affected by a combination of the following factors, so even when the recommended specifications are met, the results differ depending on the configuration and how the system is operated.

  1. Hardware performance (CPU, memory, and storage I/O speed)
  2. The number of simultaneous accesses
  3. The number of records and the amount of data stored in columns
  4. The number of columns
  5. The settings for access control, links, and filters

We recommend carrying out prior verification that assumes the actual usage scale and operating conditions before deploying to a production environment.

  1. This is a guideline for running the web server and the DB server on the same host. If you separate the DB server onto a different host, allocate 4 GB or more to each of the web server and the DB server. ↩

  2. Applying cumulative updates for Windows Server can consume about 10 to 20 GB as temporary space. Updates fail when there is not enough free space on the system disk, so make sure to keep enough free space. ↩
