The monthly fee for the current month will be charged on the first day of each month, and there will be no refund if you cancel in the middle of the month. 1.Log in to the portal screen with your subscriber ID. https://pleasanter.net/Account/Login  2.Open My Page. https://pleasanter.net/Tenant 3.Click the contract plan you want to cancel from the "Contract List".  4.Click the "Cancel" button.  5.Check the "Confirmed" checkbox after confirming the precautions. 　Then click the "Cancel" button. 6.A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm your cancellation again, click the "OK" button. Your cancellation is now complete.
