Export
Overview¶
This function outputs the department information on the "Department administration" screen as a CSV file. You can obtain the current department information in bulk. Shift-JIS or UTF-8 can be used for the character code of the CSV file.
Procedure¶
- Click the "Export" button at the bottom of the "Department administration" screen.
- The export dialog is displayed. Select the format and the character code. Only "Standard" can be selected as the format. Shift-JIS or UTF-8 can be selected as the character code.
- The file is downloaded. For the exported items, see "CSV File Item Names" below.

| Disabled | "1" if the department is set to disabled |

Limitations¶
- Unlike exporting a table list, all data is exported regardless of whether the checkboxes are selected.
Access Restrictions with Security.json¶
Security.json has a function that allows access to Pleasanter on a department basis when "AllowIpAddresses" and "IpRestrictionExcludeMembers" are set together. If you use this function to allow access on a department basis, disabling a department prevents the users who belong to the department from accessing Pleasanter.
If a user with important administrative privileges, such as a tenant manager, can no longer access Pleasanter, it may be necessary to change the IP address of the device in use or to reconfigure Security.json.
*If you do not restrict access by IP address with "AllowIpAddresses" in Security.json, you do not need to consider the above limitation.
