Export
Overview¶
This function outputs the group information on the "Group administration" screen as a CSV file. You can obtain the current group information in bulk. Shift-JIS or UTF-8 can be selected for the character code of the CSV file.
Procedure¶
- Click the "Export" button at the bottom of the "Group administration" screen.
- The export dialog is displayed. Select the format and the character code. Only "Standard" can be selected as the format. Shift-JIS or UTF-8 can be selected as the character code.
- The CSV file is downloaded. For the exported items, see "CSV File Item Names" below.
CSV File Item Names¶
| Item name (exported column name) | Description |
|---|---|
| Group ID | Group ID. A unique number is assigned automatically. |
| Group name | Name of the group. |
| Body | Field for entering a supplementary explanation. |
| Comments | Contents of the comment field of the group. |
| Disabled | "1" if the group is set to disabled. |
| Created by | Creator of the group. |
| Updated by | Updater of the group. |
| Updated on | Updated date and time of the group. |
| Member type | Type of the member. "User" or "Dept". |
| Member key | Identifier of the member. The login ID for member type "User", or the department code for "Dept". |
| Member name | Name of the group member. The user name or the department name. |
| Members are administrators | Whether the member is a group administrator. "True" or "False". |
Limitations¶
- Unlike exporting a table list, exporting from the "Group administration" screen targets all data regardless of whether the checkboxes are selected.
- If a group has no members, the items "Member type", "Member key", "Member name", and "Members are administrators" are empty strings.
- If a group has multiple members, the items of that group other than "Member type", "Member key", "Member name", and "Members are administrators" are exported with duplicate values.
Access Restrictions with Security.json¶
Security.json has a function that allows access to Pleasanter on a group basis when "AllowIpAddresses" and "IpRestrictionExcludeMembers" are set together. If you use this function to allow access on a group basis, disabling a group prevents the users who belong to the group from accessing Pleasanter.
If a user with important administrative privileges, such as a tenant manager, can no longer access Pleasanter, it may be necessary to change the IP address of the device in use or to reconfigure Security.json.
If you do not restrict access by IP address with "AllowIpAddresses" in Security.json, you do not need to consider the above limitation.
