Column Advanced Settings: Option List: Login User Settings Button

Overview¶

For columns that have an index of "User" set in the "Option List, you can set the login user when you click.

Limitations¶

Cannot be used with columns other than "Owner Column", "Manager Column" and "Class Column".

Prerequisites¶

"Site Administration Permission" is required to configure settings.

Usage Examples¶

For an example, refer to "User's Option List".

Screen Example¶

For "Owner Column", "Manager Column" and "Class Column" that have [[Users]] set in the column option list, an icon will be displayed next to the input column. Selecting this icon will set the login user to the input column.
