Column Advanced Settings: Total Size Limit (MB)

Overview

When the "Storage Destination" of the "Attachment Column" is set to "Database" or "Auto (Database or Local Folder)", specify the upper limit of the total file size that can be registered in megabytes.

Limitations

  1. Can only be set for the "Attachment Column".
  2. Can be set when the "Storage Destination" of the "Attachment Column" is "Database" or "Auto (Database or Local Folder)".
  3. This setting is the file size limit for the specified "Column". Restrictions cannot be set on a "Record" or "Table" basis.
  4. The configurable range is between 1 and 1024. To change the configurable range, you must change "TotalMinSize" and "TotalMaxSize" in "BinaryStorage.json".

Prerequisites

  1. "Site Administration Permission" is required to configure settings.

Default Value

The default value is 1024. It can be changed with "LimitTotalSize" in "BinaryStorage.json".
