Column Advanced Settings: Local Folder Total Size Limit (MB)

Overview

Specify the upper limit in megabytes for the total file size that can be registered when the "Storage Destination" of the "Attachment Column" is "Local Folder".

Limitations

  1. Can only be set for the "Attachment Column".
  2. Can be set when the "Storage Destination" of the "Attachment Column" is "Local Folder".
  3. This setting is the file size limit for the specified "Column". Limitation cannot be set on a "Record" or "Table" basis.
  4. The configurable range is between 1 and 30720. To change the configurable range, you must change "LocalFolderTotalMinSize" and "LocalFolderTotalMaxSize" in "BinaryStorage.json".

Prerequisites

  1. "Site Administration Permission" is required to configure settings.

Default Value

The default value is 30720. It can be changed in "LocalFolderLimitTotalSize" in "BinaryStorage.json".
