Column Advanced Settings: Duplication Prohibited

Overview

Prohibit duplicate values ​​from being entered in the column.

Limitations

  1. Even if a record already contains duplicate values, you can turn on "Prohibit duplicate", but a check is performed when updating the record, and the update cannot be performed unless the value is changed.
  2. Column not filled in are not checked for duplicates.
  3. Cannot be set in "ID Column".
  4. Cannot be set in "Version Column".
  5. Cannot be set in "Comment Column".
  6. Cannot be set in "Check Column".

Prerequisites

  1. "Site Administration Permission" is required to configure settings.
