Filter: Use Own Filter

Overview

Turn this on if you want to display a filter function to display only records for which the "Manager" or "Owner" column is "Own" on the "Screen Index". This can be set for recorded tables and time-limited tables.

Supported Versions

  1. Pleasanter 1.3.5.0 or later

Prerequisites

  1. "Site Administration Permission" is required to configure settings.

Setting Method

  1. Select the Filter tab from Manage Table and check "Use Own Filter" as shown below to display it in the filter on the Screen Index. Also, if unchecked, it will not be displayed in the filter on the Screen Index.

When off, the Own filter is absent from the Screen Index filter
