Screen Index: Display History on the Index

Overview

When "Display History on Index" is turned on, "Change History" can be displayed on the "Screen Index".

Limitations

  1. When "Change History" is displayed, "Version Column" is enabled on the "Screen Index".
  2. When you display the "Change History", the sort order of the list is fixed to descending order by record ID and then descending order by version of the corresponding record. While in this state, you cannot clear the sort order or sort by other columns.

Prerequisites

  1. "Site Administration Permission" is required to configure settings.

Operation Procedure

  1. Open the target "Table".
  2. Click "Manage Table" from the "Manage" menu.
  3. Open the "Index" tab.
  4. Check the "Display History on Index" checkbox at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Click the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen.
