Screen Index: Display History on the Index

Overview¶

When "Display History on Index" is turned on, "Change History" can be displayed on the "Screen Index".

Limitations¶

1. When "Change History" is displayed, "Version Column" is enabled on the "Screen Index".

Prerequisites¶

1. "Site Administration Permission" is required to configure settings.

Operation Procedure¶

1. Open the target "Table".
2. Click "Manage Table" from the "Manage" menu.
3. Open the "Index" tab.
4. Check the "Display History on Index" checkbox at the bottom of the screen.
5. Click the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen.
