Conditions

Overview

Configure the conditions under which the process button is displayed. Normally, the process button is displayed when the current status matches the specified status, but you can use conditions to control the button's display in more detail.

Configuration Examples

  • If the "Amount" field is 200,000 or less, show an "Approve" button that changes the status from "Pending Section Manager Approval" to "Pending Accounting."
  • If the "Amount" field exceeds 200,000, show an "Approve" button that changes the status from "Pending Section Manager Approval" to "Pending Department Manager Approval."

Operation Procedure

  1. Click the Conditions tab.
  2. Configure the filter conditions.
  3. If needed, select the condition target from the field dropdown and click the "Add" button.
  4. Enter the condition for the added field.
  5. Click the "Change" button on the Input Validation tab.
  6. Click the "Update" button in Process Management.

Configuration Items

Setting Name Details
Condition Not Completed, Mine, Due Soon, Delayed, Overdue
Search Enter a search keyword.
Field Dropdown Select an additional condition field.
Error Message Set the message displayed when the condition is not met.
