Allow Bulk Processing¶
When checked, allows bulk processing of multiple records from the list screen.
-
All processes with this checked and to which the user has access are displayed.
-
Selecting a specific process enters execution mode. Records are narrowed down according to the process's conditions.
-
From version 1.5.2.0 onward, you can narrow down records using the filter at the top of the list screen.
Limitations¶
- Even if "Allow Bulk Processing" is checked, bulk processing is not available if input validation other than Required Input is specified.
- If the execution type is set to "Added Button / Create or Update," input validation does not function.
- If a script is set for OnClick, the "Save" and "Postback" action types do not function.
- If using filters in the list header menu is enabled, hovering over the header on the bulk processing screen for Process displays filter items, but they do not function as a filter.
- If both "Behavior After Status Change" and the Editor's Action After Update are configured, the "Behavior After Status Change" setting takes priority.
