Advanced Settings: Index Tab: Index Settings

Overview

Set the column to be displayed in the index when "View" is specified.

Prerequisites

  1. To set up, you need "Site Administration Permission".

Operation Procedure

  1. Open the target "Table".
  2. Click "Manage Table" from the Manage menu.
  3. Open the View tab.
  4. Select any view and click the "Advanced Settings" button.
  5. Click the index tab.
  6. From the Option list, select the column you want to display in the view index and click "Enable".
  7. From the current settings, select the column you want to hide from the view index and click "Disable".
  8. Click the "Add" button.
  9. Click the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen.
