Set Up To Send Emails From Pleasanter

The following settings are required to send emails with reminders and notifications function.

Setup Mail.json¶

Refer to: Parameter Setting：Mail.json

Reflect configuration changes¶

• If you are using Windows environment, restart IIS.
• If you are using Linux environment, restart the Pleasanter service.

sudo systemctl restart pleasanter

• If you are using Microsoft Azure environment, restart the App Service.
