### When Creating A Site At The Top Of The Site
When creating a new site at the top of the site page, all access rights are granted to the site creator. The site will not be visible to other users.
For other users to view the site, the site creator must grant access rights to them.
For information on how to set access rights for a site, refer to the link at the bottom of the page.
### When Creating A Site At The Second Level Or Higher
When creating a site at the second level or higher, it will inherit the permission settings of the site at the first level.
However, you can disable access permission inheritance to set unique access permissions for the site.
The structure of a site and the inheritance of access rights do not match. Changing the site structure does not change the permission settings.
The setting methods for each are as follows.
