Site Function: Set and Delete Site Images

Overview¶

You can set any icon image for "Site" to make the site easier to identify. The image will be converted to PNG format when set. The image will be automatically scaled down when set.

Limitations¶

1. Supported file formats are JPEG/PNG/BMP.
2. Site images are not saved in the site revision history. Therefore, they cannot be restored from the revision history.

Prerequisites¶

1. You need the "Site Administration Permission".

Operation Procedure (setup)¶

1. Display the site for which you want to set an image.
2. From the navigation menu, click "Manage" - "Table Management" (or "Folder Management" or "Wiki Management") to display the table management screen.
3. Open the "Site Image" tab.
4. Click the "Select File" button and select the image you want to display.
5. Make sure that the name of the image you want to display appears in the file field, and click the "Upload" button.

Operation Procedure (Deletion)¶

1. Display the site for which you want to set an image.
2. Click "Manage" - "Table Management" (or "Folder Management" or "Wiki Management") from the navigation menu to display the table management screen.
3. Open the "Site Image" tab.
4. Click the "Delete" button.
5. Click "OK" when a confirmation dialog box appears.
