Table Function: Display Image Library of Records

Overview

Display "records" stored in a "Table" in "Image library" format. The "Image library" also displays images saved as history.

Prerequisites

  1. Read permissions for the table are required.
  2. "Enabled" must be turned on in the Manage Table: View Mode: Image Library

Operation Steps

  1. Open a table that contains images.

  2. Click "View" -> "Image Library" from the "Navigation menu".

  3. The "Image library" opens.

Record Operations

  1. Clicking on a record name opens the "Editor" screen for the record containing that image.

Deleting Images

You can delete images from the image library by following the steps below. Avoid deletion when there is no backup.

  1. When you hover the cursor over an image thumbnail, a trash can icon appears.
  2. Click the trash can icon to delete the image.
