Table Function: Edit An Index Of Records

Overview¶

Normally, when editing the contents of a column, it is necessary to do so on the editing screen, but by setting this list editing function, it becomes possible to edit on the screen index. It is also possible to add and delete attachments to the "Attachment Column" with the list editing function. From version 1.4.20.0 onwards, the screen after selecting "Edit mode" supports "Free Scroll for Grid and List Edit."

Prerequisites¶

1. "Change permission" for the "Table" is required.
2. "Index Edit Type" must be set to "Edit On Screen Index".
3. The list editing function cannot be used with tables that use "Site Integration".
4. "Title/Body column" cannot be edited.
5. "Comment Column" cannot be registered or edited.
6. Columns displayed on the "Screen Index" from a "Linked" "Table" cannot be edited.
7. Columns that use "Custom Design" cannot be registered or edited.

Operation Procedure¶

1. Go to the target table.
2. Click the "Edit mode" button at the bottom of the screen.
   
3. Edit the setting value of the column. * In this procedure, the setting of the "Status" column is edited.
   
4. When editing is complete, click the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen.
   
5. To return to the screen index, click the "Index Mode" button.
   
6. Make sure the screen has changed to the screen index.
