Table Function: View Record Change History

Overview

Use the "Editor" to view the change history of table records.

Limitations

  1. Change history cannot be edited. When you move to the change history, the "Update" button and other buttons will be hidden.

Prerequisites

  1. "Read Permission" is required.

Operation Procedure

  1. Go to the target table.
  2. Search for the target record from the "List Screen".
  3. Click the target record.

  4. The "Editor" will be displayed, so click the "Change history" tab. You can check the change history.

  5. To check the details of a specific version, click the target row from the change history list.

  6. Information about the record of the specified version is displayed, and the screen switches to the "Difference" tab. The "Difference" tab shows the comparison between the specified version and the version just before it. For details, see "Table Function: View Record Differences".
