Table Function: Unlock A Record

Overview

Unlocks a record in a locked table. Once unlocked, record editing, deleting, and other update operations can be performed.

Prerequisites

  1. The operation must be performed by the user who locked the table or a "Privileged User".
  2. "Read Permission" and "Update Permission" are required.
  3. The "Lock" column must be enabled in the editor.
  4. "Update permission" for the "Lock" column is required.

Operation Procedure

  1. Go to the target table.
  2. Search for the target record from the "List Screen".
  3. Click the target record.
  4. Uncheck the "Lock" column.
  5. Click the "Update" button.
  6. A confirmation message will be displayed, so click "OK".
  7. The process is complete when the message "Record has been unlocked" is displayed and the locked display at the top of the screen disappears.
