Automatically specify the progression rate based on the status column value
Answer Use "Server Script". Overview Use "Server Script" to automatically specify the progression rate according to the value selected in the "Status" column in the bulk edit mode of the edit screen and Screen Index. The corresponding progression rate in the sample introduced on this page is specified according to the code assigned to the "Status" column as shown in the table below. Operation 1. Create a "Time-limited Table". 1. Enable "Status" and "Progression Rate" in "Editor" and "Index" (they are usually enabled). 1. "Create new" the following "Server Script". Progression Rate
Overview This is an input column that stores the "Progression rate" of the record as a percentage between 0-100%. It is used for the "Progression Rate" of the "Gantt Chart" and "Burndown Chart". Limitations 1. Only available for "Time limited table." 1. Do not set "Max" to a number other than "100." 1. Do not set "Unit" to anything other than "%". Prerequisites 1. "Site Administration Permission" is required to configure settings. Advanced Settings For advanced settings, refer to "Input Column Advanced Settings".
Remaining Work Volume
Overview This column automatically calculates the "Remaining Work Volume" from the "Work Volume" and "Progression Rate" of the "Record". Limitations 1. Only available for "Time limited table". 1. "Remaining work volume" is only available in "Read Only". Prerequisites 1. "Site Administration Permission" is required to configure settings. Filter: Minimum, Maximum, Step for Numerical Value Column Filter
Overview Specify the minimum, maximum, and step of the numerical value to be used when "Default" is selected in "Numerical Value Filter Mode Selection" in "Filter" of "Numerical Value Column". Limitations 1. Only "Numerical Value Column" can be used. Prerequisites 1. "Site Administration Permission" is required to configure settings. Retrieve source code from the Extensions table
Overview Retrieves source code and JSON configuration data for Extension scripts, Server scripts, SQL extensions, and CSS extensions from the Pleasanter Extensions table. Operation Procedure 1. Open "Settings.json" in Editor. 1. Add the environment to be retrieved to Environments. Set the Name / Title / Dbms / ConnectionString. 1. Specify the upper directory path where the source code is stored in BasePath. 1. Specify the ExtensionId / ExtensionName / ExtensionType / Path in Extensions. 1. Launch Implem.PleasanterManagementStudio.exe. 1. Click the target environment from the list of environments to select it. 1. Click [Run] - [Extensions] - [Get Extensions] from the menu at the top of the screen.
Export the Extracted Records in CSV Format
Overview The results extracted using the "Extract records with SQL" function can be re-executed and exported in CSV format. - You can re-execute SQL from the SQLResult screen menu. - You can export a list of extracted records as a CSV file. Operation Procedure 1. From the SQLResult screen menu, select [Run]-[Export]. 1. Check the confirmation items in the dialog box and click "Yes". 1. When the CSV output completion dialog box appears, click "Yes". 1. Click [File] - [Open log folder] from the menu at the top of the screen to open the log folder. 1. Check the extracted results in the CSV file in the [SQLResultCSVFile] folder.
Upload source code to the Extensions table
Overview Uploads source code and JSON configuration data, such as Extension scripts, Server scripts, SQL extensions, and CSS extensions, stored on your local PC to Pleasanter's Extensions table. Operation Procedure 1. Open "Settings.json" in Editor. 1. Add the environment to be uploaded to Environments. Set the Name / Title / Dbms / ConnectionString. 1. Specify the upper directory path where the source code is stored in BasePath. 1. Specify the ExtensionId / ExtensionName / ExtensionType / Path in Extensions. 1. Launch Implem.PleasanterManagementStudio.exe. 1. Click the target environment from the list of environments to select it. 1. From the menu at the top of the screen, click [Run] > [Extensions] > [Upload Extensions].
