## Overview You can set the display "[Column](/en/manual/table-management-column)" when displaying a list of linked "Record" on the "[Editor](/en/manual/table-management-editor)" using the "[Link](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text-link)" function. ## Limitations 1. Columns of other tables that are "[Linked](/en/manual/table-record-import-and-link)" cannot be set. 1. If there are no "Enabled" columns, they will not be displayed on the editing screen of the linked table. ## Prerequisites 1. "Site Administration Permission" is required to configure settings. ## Operation Procedure 1. Open the "[Table](/en/manual/table)" to be "[Linked](/en/manual/table-record-import-and-link)". 1. Click "[Manage Table](/en/manual/table-management)" from the "Manage" menu. 1. Open the "[Link](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text-link)" tab. 1. Select the target "[Column](/en/manual/table-management-column)" from the "[Option List](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text)". 1. Click the "Enable" button. 1. The "Enabled [Column](/en/manual/table-management-column)" will be added to the bottom of the "Current Settings", so use the "Up" and "Down" buttons to adjust the display position. Clicking the "Up" and "Down" buttons while holding down the Ctrl key will move the "[Column](/en/manual/table-management-column)" to the top or bottom. 1. Select the "[Column](/en/manual/table-management-column)" you do not need from "Current Settings" and click the "Disable" button. 1. Click the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen. ## Operation Image Set the column to display in the linked record.
