Table Management: Status Control

## Overview By using the "「Status Control」" feature, you can set read-only for each record according to the status, and set "[Input Required](/en/manual/table-management-required)", "[Read Only](/en/manual/table-management-readonly)", or "[Hidden](/en/manual/table-management-hide)" for each field. You can also set "「Condition」" and "[Access Control](/en/manual/table-management-record-access-control)" that enable "「Status Control」". ## Supported Versions Pleasanter 1.3.12.0 and later #### Supports * (all statuses) Specification In Status Item Pleasanter 1.3.13.0 and later ## Notes 1. The "[Hidden](/en/manual/table-management-hide)" setting of the "「Status Control」" function hides the display in the UI, but the target field exists in HTML. If you want to hide the field from HTML as well, use "[Item Access Control](/en/manual/table-management-column-access-control)". ## Setting Procedure ![image](https://pleasanter.org/binaries/974a3ae98508484282ed5bbe1a4e1cbb) With the table in question open, click "Management" - "「Table Management」" from the navigation menu. *This is not displayed to users who do not have administrative permissions for the site. ![image](https://pleasanter.org/binaries/273ce0eaf8ea42dfac3ae88e8c754d76) Click the "「Status Control」" tab from Table Management to open it. ## Settings Click the New button and set 「Status Control」. ### Common Settings - General Tab ![image](https://pleasanter.org/binaries/94a55ebeb4174e45b7626e9368ef264b) #### Common Settings |Item Name|Description| |:---|:---| |Name|Set an arbitrary name. | |Status|Set the status to be subject to "「Status Control」". *1| |Description|Set an arbitrary description. | *1 The "「Status Control」" setting will be enabled depending on the status. Also, specifying * will enable it for all statuses. #### Record Control Check to make the record read-only. #### Item Control Set each item as "[Input Required](/en/manual/table-management-required)", "[Read Only](/en/manual/table-management-readonly)" or "[Hidden](/en/manual/table-management-hide)". |Button|Description| |:---|:---| |None|Resets the "[Input Required](/en/manual/table-management-required)", "[Read Only](/en/manual/table-management-readonly)" or "[Hidden](/en/manual/table-management-hide)" setting for the target item. | |Required|If the status set in "「Status」" is met, the target item will be "[Input Required](/en/manual/table-management-required)". | |Read-only|If the status set in "「Status」" is met, the target item will be "[Read Only](/en/manual/table-management-readonly)". | |Hidden|If the status set in "「Status」" is met, the target item will be "[Hidden](/en/manual/table-management-hide)". | ### Condition Tab Set the conditions to enable "「Status Control」". ![image](https://pleasanter.org/binaries/a2d97353f9b54ec9ab4ac7dadecc324a) Select the target item from the item pull-down menu, add it and set the condition. ### Access Control Tab Set the "[Department](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text-depts)", "[Group](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text-groups)", and "[User](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text-users)" for which you want to enable "「Status Control」". ![image](https://pleasanter.org/binaries/4e23141c23a7419099bd41febdd74406) Select and add the target users/departments/groups from the list of options. ## Configuration Example For examples of using "「Status Control」", please refer to the following FAQ.
