Common Feature: Add Comment
## Overview
You can register "「Comment」" using the comment field in the "「Editor」". When you add a comment, the date, time, and name are automatically recorded. You can use "「Markdown」" in the comment. URLs and UNC paths entered in "「Comment」" are automatically displayed as hyperlinks. If you enter a long comment in "「Comment」", only the beginning will be displayed on the "「List Screen」", and the whole comment can be expanded by hovering the mouse over it.
## Prerequisites
1. "Tenant management authority" is required for the "[Tenant Management Function](/en/manual/tenant)", "[Department Management Function](/en/manual/dept)", and "[User Management Function](/en/manual/user)".
1. For the "[Group Management Function](/en/manual/group)", "Tenant Management Permissions" or "Group Administrator Permissions" is required.
1. For the "[Site Function](/en/manual/site)" administration screen, you will need "Site Administration Permissions".
1. "Update Permission" is required for "[Table Function](/en/manual/table)" records and "[Wiki Function](/en/manual/wiki)".
## Allow Comment Editing
By default, comments can be deleted, but they cannot be edited after they have been added. By enabling "「Allow Comment Editing」" for each table, logged-in users will be able to edit comments they have added in the past.
