## Overview Set how to save the dashboard display state, such as the layout of dashboard parts. ## Prerequisites * "Site Administration Permission" is required to configure this setting. ## Operation Procedure 1. Open the target "[Dashboard](/en/manual/dashboard)". 1. From the "Manage" menu, click "Dashboard Management". 1. Click on the "[View](/ja/manual/table-management-view)" tab. 1. Select a setting value from the "View Save Type" dropdown.  ### View Save Type |View Save Type|Description| |-|-| |Session|Retained under the following conditions: (1) Until you log out of Pleasanter, (2) Within the retention period specified in the value of Session.json's RetentionPeriod, (3) Until you close all browsers.| |User|Saved to the database and applied the next time.| |Do Not Save|The view state is not saved and is always displayed in its initial state.| ### Contents Saved in the View The following contents are saved in the view: - ・Display position, width, and height of dashboard parts - ・Display state of the calendar (reference date, month view/week view, etc.)
