## Overview You can send "Email" from "[Department](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text-depts)", "[Group](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text-groups)", "[User](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text-users)" and "[Table](/en/manual/table)" "Record" and "Site Management" "[Editor](/en/manual/table-management-editor)". The URL of the "Record" is automatically inserted in the "Email", so the recipient of the email can easily access the record. For "[Table](/en/manual/table)" "Record", you can register the recipient in the "Address Book" and "Default Recipient". The content sent by email is displayed at the bottom of the "[Editor](/en/manual/table-management-editor)". ## Prerequisites 1. To send an email, you must first "[Set Up To Send Emails From Pleasanter](/en/manual/smtp-mail)". ## Address Book Settings You can set the address book to which emails will be sent.
