Common Feature: Email
## Overview
You can send "Email" from "「Department」", "「Group」", "「User」" and "「Table」" "Record" and "Site Management" "「Editor」". The URL of the "Record" is automatically inserted in the "Email", so the recipient of the email can easily access the record. For "「Table」" "Record", you can register the recipient in the "Address Book" and "Default Recipient". The content sent by email is displayed at the bottom of the "「Editor」".
## Prerequisites

## Address Book Settings
You can set the address book to which emails will be sent. This operation requires site administration privileges.
1. Open the desired table.
1. From the "Management" menu, click "「Table Management」".
1. Open the "Email " tab.
1. Please configure according to the table below.
