## Overview A site is the basic unit for sharing information in Pleasanter. Pleasanter has containers for storing information such as "[Folder](/en/manual/folder)", "[Table](/en/manual/table)", "[Wiki](/ja/manual/wiki)", "[Dashboard](/en/manual/dashboard)", and these are collectively called sites. Each site has different data and functions that can be managed. By combining sites, you can create multiple database-type applications, such as the following.  ## Site Types The types of sites and their respective functions are as follows. |No|Site type|Description| |:--:|:---|:---| |1|[Folder](/manual/folder)|The function to store folders and manage data in a tree structure| |2|[Table with deadline](/manual/table)|The function for creating lists for managing deadlines such as task management| |3|[Record table](/manual/table)|The function for creating lists that are useful for recording and managing information such as asset management and know-how collections| |4|[Wiki](/manual/wiki)|The function for creating Wiki that can be used for notes and link collections| |5|[Dashboard](/manual/dashboard)|The function for creating dashboards that display necessary information such as new information, announcements, bulletin boards, links to apps, and other sites| ## What The Site Icon Displays The site icon displays the site title, image, elapsed time since last update, total number of records (black), and number of expired records (red).  ## Limitations 1.
