## Overview Displays the "Records" stored in the "[Table](/en/manual/table)" in "[Kanban](/en/manual/table-management-kanban)" format. ## Prerequisites * Read permissions are required. ## Operation Procedure 1. Open the table list screen. 1. Open the "Display" menu and click "[Kanban](/en/manual/table-management-kanban)". ## Display Switching Columns Kanban can be displayed not only by status but also by category or owner. You can increase the number of Kanban types by adding class columns. You can display in matrix format by selecting column classification and row classification. You can also switch between the total, average, maximum, and minimum of any numerical value column in the header of each Kanban. You can cross-tabulate by checking the "Aggregate display" checkbox. ## Record Operations ### Modification Records Records can be modified by drag and drop. ### Display Editor Screen Click the pencil mark or double-click the record to display the editor screen.  ## Kanban Settings You can change the Kanban settings. Site administration permissions are required for this operation. 1. Open the target table. 1. Click "[Manage Table](/en/manual/table-management)" from the "Manage" menu. 1. Open the "[Kanban](/en/manual/table-management-kanban)" tab. 1. Configure according to the table below. |Column name|Description|Setting method| |:---|:---|:---| |Enable|Enable/Disable Kanban|Check to enable Kanban| 1.
