## Overview Sets the number of emails sent from the record to be included in the "[Full Text Data](/en/manual/table-management-fulltext-settings)". If the setting value is 10, the contents of the latest 10 emails will be included in the "[Full Text Data](/en/manual/table-management-fulltext-settings)". ## Supported Versions 1. Pleasanter 1.1.27.0 or later 1. Pleasanter .NET Framework version 0.50.251 or later ## Limitations 1. The configurable range is between 0 and 100. To change the configurable range, you must change "FullTextMaxNumberOfMails" in "[Search.json](/ja/manual/search-json)". 1. After changing this setting, the "[Full Text Data](/en/manual/table-management-fulltext-settings)" of existing records will remain old until you perform a "「Rebuild Search Index」". ## Prerequisites 1. You need "Site Administration Permission" to configure this. ## Default Value The default value is 10.
