Table Management: Editor: Item Detail settings: Full Text Type
Overview
This is the setting for the type of string to be saved in the "Full Text Data" used in "Search". After changing this setting, you must "「Rebuild Search Index」".
Notes
- If the amount of text in the "Full Text Data" is too large, "Search" may become slow. If you set anything other than "none" for "Input Item" that contains a lot of text, such as "Description Item", you must be careful about the amount of text.
Restrictions
- After changing this setting, the "Full Text Data" of existing records will remain old until you "「Rebuild Search Index」".
- Except for cases where the value and display name are different, such as "Status Item", "Administrator Item", "Person In Charge Item", and "Classification Item", the same string will be saved in the "Full Text Data" regardless of whether you select "Value", "Display Name", or "Value and Display Name".
Prerequisites
- "Site Administration Permission" is required to configure settings.
