Manage Table: Access Control: Record Access Control
## Overview
It is possible to automatically set "[Record Access Control](/en/manual/table-record-access-control)" when creating and updating a "Record".
## Supported Versions
**Access control function when updating a record**
1. Pleasanter 1.3.17.0 or later
## Limitations
1. This setting works when creating and updating a record. The "Access Right" of existing records will not be changed.
## Prerequisites
1. You need the "Site Administration Permission" and " Administration Permission".
## Operation Procedure
1. Move to the target "[Table](/en/manual/table)".
1. Click "[Manage Table](/en/manual/table-management)" from the "Manage" menu.
1. Open the "[Record Access Control](/en/manual/table-record-access-control)" tab.
1. Select "[Depts](/en/manual/dept)", "「Groups」", "[Users](/en/manual/user)", "Manager", "Owner", or any "Class" column from Option list and click the "Enable" button (only class column with [[Depts]], [[Groups]], and [[Users]] set in the editor's advanced settings option list will be displayed as record access control options).
1. Click the "Advanced Settings" button, check the required permissions, and click the "Change" button.
1. If there are any unnecessary settings in the "Current Settings", click them and click the "Delete Permission" button.
1. Click the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen.

|3|[Users]|The specified "Access Right" is granted to the "[Users](/en/manual/user)" who created or updated the "Record". |
|4|[Column]Manager|The "Access Right" is granted to the "[Users](/en/manual/user)" specified in the "[Manager Column](/en/manual/table-management-manager)" of the "Record" to be newly created or updated. |
|5|[Column]Owner|The "Access Right" is granted to the "[Users](/en/manual/user)" specified in the "[Owner Column](/en/manual/table-management-owner)" of the "Record" to be newly created or updated. |
|6|[Column]Class|The "Access Right" is granted to any "[Users](/en/manual/user)", "[Depts](/en/manual/dept)", or "「Groups」" specified in the "[Class Column](/en/manual/table-management-class)" of the "Record" to be newly created or updated. |
