## Overview Specifies the search method when performing a "[Search](/en/manual/table-management-search)" by keyword. ## Prerequisites 1. You need "Site Administration Permissions" to configure this. ## Setting Contents |No|Item name|Description| |:----|:----|:----| |1|Full text|Searches for character strings recorded in the "[Full Text Data](/en/manual/table-management-fulltext-settings)" using the full text search function of the database. Even if a large number of records are stored, it is possible to search quickly. Since the database function automatically separates words, some words may not be hit. (For example, "Tokyo" is registered as [East] [Kyoto] or [Tokyo], so if it is registered as [East] [Kyoto], searching for "Tokyo" will not return any results.)| |2|Partial match|Performs a partial match search of character strings recorded in the "[Full Text Data](/en/manual/table-management-fulltext-settings)". Compared to full text, it can obtain search results as intended by the user. If a large number of records are registered, the search may take a long time. | |3|Title forward match|Searches for character strings recorded in the "[Title Item](/en/manual/table-management-title)" using a forward match search. Uppercase and lowercase letters are not distinguished.
