## Overview Use the "[Editor](/en/manual/table-management-editor)" to copy table records. When copying, the string "- Copy" is added to the end of the title. The ID of the original record will not be changed. A new record will be created at the destination. ## Limitations 1. "[Attachments](/en/manual/table-record-attachment-upload)" cannot be copied. 1. "[Change History](/en/manual/table-record-history-view)" cannot be copied. 1. "[Record Access Control](/en/manual/table-record-access-control)" settings cannot be copied. 1. If "[Copy with Default Value](/en/manual/table-management-copy-by-default)" is enabled in "Detailed Item Settings", the value will not be copied and the default value will be entered. ## Prerequisites 1. You must have "Read permission" for the record and "Create permission" for the site. 1. "[Allow Copy](/en/manual/table-management-allow-copy)" must be turned on for the target "[Table](/en/manual/table)". ## Operation Procedure 1. Go to the target table. 1. Search for the target record from the "[List Screen](/en/manual/table-grid)". 1. Click the target record. 1. The "[Editor](/en/manual/table-management-editor)" will be displayed, so click the "[Copy](/en/manual/advanced-operations-copy)" button. 1. A dialog box for setting the copy settings will be displayed. If you want to duplicate the record including comments entered in the original record, check "Copy comments". If not necessary, uncheck it. 1. Click the "[Copy](/en/manual/advanced-operations-copy)" button in the dialog. 1.
