User Management Function: Import/Export

## Overview This function allows you to input and output user information from the "「User Management」" screen as a CSV file. You can perform initial registration of current users in bulk, and obtain user information in bulk. You can use Shift-JIS or UTF-8 as the character code for the CSV file. ## Import ### Preparation Please check the character code in advance. If the names of the table column and headers of the CSV to be imported do not match exactly, the column will be ignored, so please add a header (the name of each column ) to the first line of the CSV. ### Notes 1. If the password field is left blank when creating a new user, the user will be registered without a password set, and this user will not be able to log in. Enter the password in the password field and import again, or reset the password as a Privileged user. ### Limitations 1. As with importing a normal table, a header record is required. 1. As with importing a normal table, only the column specified in the header record will be registered and updated. 1. "Login ID" and "Name" are required fields. An error will occur if you import a record without a "Login ID" or "Name". ### Column That Can Be Imported The column that can be imported in CSV when creating or updating are as follows. Column marked with × will be ignored even if they are listed in the CSV. |Column|Create new|Update| |:----|:----|:----| |User ID|No|No| |Login ID|Yes|No*1| |Name|Yes|Yes| |Comment|Yes|Yes| |User code|Yes|Yes| |Language|Yes|Yes| |Time zone|Yes|Yes| |Department code|Yes|Yes| |Department|Yes|Yes| |Theme|Yes|Yes| |Description|Yes|Yes| |Last login date and time|No|No| |Password expiration date and time|Yes|Yes| |Password change date and time|No|No| |Number of logins|No|No| |Number of failed logins|No|No| |Tenant manager|Yes|Yes| |Allow creation to the site top|Yes|Yes| |Allow group management|Yes|Yes| |Allow group creation|Yes|Yes| |Allow API|Yes|Yes| |Enable 2-step authentication|Yes|Yes| |Disable 2-step authentication|Yes|Yes| |Disable|Yes|Yes| |Lock|Yes|Yes| |Lock counter|Yes|Yes| |Created by|No|No| |Updated by|No|No| |Updated date and time|No|No| |Email address|Yes|Yes| |Password|Yes *2|Yes *3| *1 Treated as an import key when updating. *2 If left blank when registering, password will not be set and login will not be possible. Reset password as Privileged user. *3 If left blank when updating, password will not be changed. ### Procedure 1. Click the "[Import](/en/manual/table-record-import)" button at the bottom of the "「User Management」" screen. 1. Click the "Select File" button in the CSV file field and select the CV file to import. 1. Select the character code of the CSV file to import. 1. Click the "[Import](/en/manual/table-record-import)" button. 1. When the message "XX column added and XX column updated" appears at the bottom of the screen, the process is complete. ## Export ### Limitations - When exporting the "「User Management」" screen, all data is exported regardless of whether the checkbox is selected or not, unlike exporting a list of tables. - In addition to the column displayed on the "「User Management」" screen, you can import passwords and email addresses. - Records with the same "Login ID" rather than the "User ID" are updated as the update target. If there is no record with the same "Login ID", it will be imported as a new registration. - If the "Password" field is blank, "Password" will not be updated. ### Procedure 1. Click the "[Export](/en/manual/table-record-export)" button at the bottom of the "「User Management」" screen. 1. The file will be downloaded. 1. In addition to the column displayed on the "「User Management」" screen, the "Email Address" and "Password" fields will also be exported. 1. For security reasons, the "Password" will be output as blank. This is because there is a function that allows you to set a password during import, so the "Password" is also included in the output.
