## Formula To Be Written In The Option List
### All Departments
[[Depts]]
Displays the "[Department](/en/manual/dept)" registered in the entire tenant.
### User
[[Users]]
Displays the "[User](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text-users)" who have access rights to the table.
### All Users
[[Users*]]
Displays the "[User](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text-users)" registered in the entire tenant.
### Group
[[Groups]]
Displays the "[Group](/en/manual/group)" set as access rights to the table.
### All Groups
[[Groups*]]
Displays the "[Group](/en/manual/group)" registered in the entire tenant.
## Formula To Be Written In The Default Value

When [[Depts]] or [[Users]] is specified in the option list, the default value is automatically set from the logged-in user information.
