## Overview Exports configuration information, access permissions, and data, such as tables, under a specific folder in JSON format. ## Limitations 1. Attachments and images cannot be exported. 1. If the top-level folder of the site to be exported inherits access rights, the access rights will not be set correctly at the import destination and the site will be inaccessible when the import is complete. When exporting, please export from a folder that does not inherit access rights. If an inaccessible site is imported, please access the site using a "[Privileged User](/en/manual/user-management-privileged-users)" and restore the access rights. 1. If the ExportLimit in [Parameter Settings: SitePackage.json](https://pleasanter.org/manual/3185886) is set to a numerical value greater than 0, the export will not be possible if the number of records exceeds the set value. ## Prerequisites 1. "Site Management" permission is required. ## Operation Procedure 1. Select "Export Site Package" from the "Administration" menu. 1. The subordinate tables etc. will be displayed, so disable any unnecessary tables. 1. If you want to output data as well, select the target table and click the "Include Data" button. 1. Check and change option settings such as indentation and access rights as necessary. 1. Click the "[Export](/en/manual/table-record-export)" button.
