## Overview Switch the "[Filter](/en/manual/table-management-filter)" for "[Check Item](/en/manual/table-management-check)" between a control that searches for "On" only and a control that searches for "On" or "Off". ## Limitations 1. Only "[Check Item](/en/manual/table-management-check)" can be used. ## Prerequisites 1. "Site Administration Permission" is required to configure settings. ## Setting Content |No|Choice|Description| |:----|:----|:----| |1|On only|A "Checkbox" is displayed in the "[Filter](/en/manual/table-management-filter)". When checked, it extracts records with the value "On." The operation can be performed with one click, but records with the value "Off" cannot be extracted. | |2|On and Off|A "Select Box" is displayed in the "[Filter](/en/manual/table-management-filter)". When "On" is selected, records with a value of "On" are extracted.
