## Overview This function divides a single record registered in a time-limited table into multiple records. When dividing, you can edit the title and allocate the work volume. Links to each record are automatically inserted in the comments field of the original record. The ID of the original record does not change. A new record is created at the destination. ## Limitations 1. If "[Allow Dividing](/en/manual/table-management-separate)" in "[Manage Table](/en/manual/table-management)" is off the "Divide" button is hidden and cannot be operated. 1. "[Attachments](/en/manual/table-record-attachment-upload)" cannot be copied to the destination record. 1. "Browse history" cannot be copied to the destination record. 1. "[Record Access Control](/en/manual/table-record-access-control)" settings cannot be copied to the destination record. 1. The maximum number of divisions is 10. The maximum is specified in "SeparateMax" in "". ## Prerequisites 1. "Read Permission" and "Update Permission" are required. 1. Records registered in a time-limited table can be divided. ## Operation Procedure 1. Go to the target table. 1. Search for the target record from the "[List Screen](/en/manual/table-grid)". 1. Click the target record. 1. Click the "Divide" button at the bottom of the screen. 1. Enter the number of divisions in the number of divisions field. 1. If you want to change the title after dividing, edit it. Also, enter the work volume you want to allocate from the original record. 1. Click the "Divide" button. A pop-up will appear asking "Are you sure you want to divide?", so click OK. 1.
