Site Function: Delete Site From Trash

## Overview Delete unnecessary sites ("[Folder](/en/manual/folder)", "[Table](/en/manual/table)", "[Wiki](/ja/manual/wiki)"). Deleted sites will be moved to the trash. If you delete a folder, the folders and tables under it will also be deleted. If you delete a table, the records under it will also be deleted. ## Limitations 1. If the site to be deleted inherits access rights from a site that is not included in the deletion target, an error message "This site cannot be deleted because the permission settings are inherited by site XXX" is displayed and deletion cannot be performed. In that case, change the access rights settings of the inherited site XXX and then delete it again. ## Prerequisites 1. You need the "Site Administration Permission". 1. To prevent incorrect operation, you will be asked to enter the site title, login ID and password. ## Operation Procedure 1. Open the folder or table you want to delete. 2. Click "Folder Management" or "「Table Management」" from the "Management" menu. 3. Enter the title of the site you want to delete (open site) in "Site Title" in the displayed dialog, enter the "Login ID" and "Password", and click the "[Delete Site](/en/manual/site-delete)" ![image](https://pleasanter.org/binaries/32458473586444e68bd756d7fb2046a9) ## Complete Deletion These are the steps to completely delete a site that has been moved to the trash. You must have administrative rights to perform this operation. 1. Go to the folder where the deleted site was stored. 2. Click "[Trash](/en/manual/table-record-restore)" from the "Management" menu. 3. Check the site to be deleted and click the "Delete From Trash" button. 4. Click the "OK" button when the confirmation dialog box appears. Sites deleted from the trash cannot be deleted.
