## Overview You can set the "Enable" and "Disable" of "「Index」" columns. By using "[Link](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text-link)", you can display "[Column](/en/manual/table-management-column)" from other related "[Table](/en/manual/table)" such as "Master Table". You can set more detail settings in "[Screen Index Column Advanced Settings](/en/manual/table-management-grid-column-settings)". ## Limitations 1. If "[Multiple Selection](/en/manual/table-management-multiple-selections)" is "Enabled" for the "[Class Column](/en/manual/table-management-class)" to which "[Link](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text-link)" is set, "[Column](/en/manual/table-management-column)" from other "[Table](/en/manual/table)" cannot be displayed. 1. Even if you "Disable" an "[Column](/en/manual/table-management-column)", the changes made in "[Screen Index Column Advanced Settings](/en/manual/table-management-grid-column-settings)" will be retained. When you "Enable" it again, it will return to the changed state. ## Prerequisites 1. "Site Administration Permission" is required to configure settings. 1. To display columns from other tables, you must set "[Link](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text-link)" beforehand. ## Operation Procedure 1. Open the target "[Table](/en/manual/table)". 1. Click "[Manage Table](/en/manual/table-management)" from the "Manage" menu. 1. Open the "「Index」" tab. 1. Select the target "[Column](/en/manual/table-management-column)" from the "[Option List](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text)". If you want to select from another table, select the target [Table](/en/manual/table) from the "[Option List](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text)" and the contents of the "[Option List](/en/manual/table-management-choices-text)" will change. 1. Click the "Enable" button. 1. The "Enabled [Column](/en/manual/table-management-column)" will be added to the bottom of the "Current Settings", so use the "Up" and "Down" buttons to adjust the display position. Click the "Up" and "Down" buttons while holding down the Ctrl key to move the "[Column](/en/manual/table-management-column)" to the top or bottom. 1. Select the "[Column](/en/manual/table-management-column)" you do not need from "Current Settings" and click the "Disable" button. 1. Click the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen. ## Operation Image In the example below, the columns to be displayed on the "[Screen Index](/en/manual/table-grid)" of the "Business Negotiation" table are "Enabled".
