## Overview This section explains the function for selecting "Self" in the "[Filter](/en/manual/table-record-search)" for "「Person In Charge Item」", "「Administrator Item」," and "[Classification Item](/en/manual/table-management-class)." ## Limitations 1. Can be used with user items such as "「Person In Charge Item」", "「Administrator Item」" and "[Classification Item](/en/manual/table-management-class)" that has "「Departments Choice List」" or "「Users Choice List」" set. Cannot be used with "[Classification Item](/en/manual/table-management-class)" that has "「Group Choice List」" set. ## Operation Procedure 1. Go to the target table 1. Click the target item from "[Filter](/en/manual/table-record-search)" on the "[List Screen](/en/manual/table-grid)". 1. Select "Self" ### When You Set An Department Choice List In A Category Item Filtered by the department to which the logged-in user belongs.  ### When A User Choice List Is Set In A Category Item Filtered by the logged-in user.  ### When Using The Search Function In A Category Item You can select "Self" in the search dialog.
