## Overview Sort the records in the "[Screen Index](/en/manual/table-grid)" of the "[Table](/en/manual/table)" in any order. You can sort by combining multiple columns. By default, the records are displayed in order of the most recent saved date. The sorter is retained even when you change screens. If you move to the "[Editor](/en/manual/table-management-editor)" in a sorted state, the order in which you move with the next and previous buttons will also be sorted. ## Limitations 1. Sorting by string columns is in character code order. 1. Even if you enter a numerical value in a string column, it will be sorted in character code order, not numerical value order. 1. If the value and name displayed are set in the options for the class column, it will be sorted in the character code order of the value part. 1. If other tables are linked in the options for the class column, they will be sorted in character code order of the title of the linked table. If title binding is used in the linked table, it will be sorted in character code order of the combined title string. 1. If the dept, group, or user tables are linked in the column options, they will be sorted in order of dept ID, group ID, and user ID, respectively. 1. If multiple selection is enabled in the parent table and there is a linked class column, the sort function of the parent table class column displayed in the link list on the child table editing screen will not work. ## Operation Method 1. Hover the mouse over the header of any column and click "Ascending" or "Descending". 1. To perform additional sorting, perform the same operation with other columns. 1. To cancel a specific sort, hover the mouse over the header of the target column and click "Cancel". 1.
