User Management Function: Delete from Trash

## Overview Deleting a user deletes users stored in the "[Trash](/en/manual/table-record-restore)". Multiple users can be deleted at once. ## Notes 1. If you perform this operation, the deleted records cannot be restored. Please operate with care to avoid accidentally deleting important data. ## Limitations 1. If "PhysicalDelete" in "[Deleted.json](/ja/manual/deleted-json)" is false, the "Delete From Trash" button will be hidden and the operation cannot be performed. ## Prerequisites 1. Tenant administrator privileges are required for this operation. ## Operation Procedure 1. Open the "Management" menu and click "User Management". 1. Open the "Management" menu and click "[Trash](/en/manual/table-record-restore)". 1. A list of users stored in the trash will be displayed, so search for the target user. 1. Check the user you want to delete. The check box is in the leftmost column of each record. Also, if you want to select all, check the check box in the header row. 1. Click the "Delete From Trash" button. 1. A confirmation dialog will appear, so click "OK". 1.
